Operational Risk Internal

A workbench for risk analysts who need to dig into the incident database. Data goes from the lakehouse into ClickHouse, and each tab is a custom table with its own grouping, variance highlighting and drill-down.

Period: Summer 2026
Role: Sole developer. Moved the data from Iceberg to ClickHouse, reconciled it with the board report, built all four tabs
Result: Analysts slice the data themselves instead of asking for one-off SQL and Excel exports. The monthly figures match the board report
